We travelled as family of 3 and did not know the area. When we checked in, we were very pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and comfort there. It was clean and the beds were great. Even provided 2 pillow types on each bed so that we slept so well. It is close to the Nippori Station and very easy to get to all the tourist attractions on the train. The guest laundry was modern and clean and good value. Again, it was better than we expected in so many ways. Staff at Front Desk and Housekeeping were very helpful. We could store our luggage on arrival day and also on the departure day which was a great help. Breakfast was a great mix of international and Japanese styles. Everything was tasty and we enjoyed breakfast each day. Bathroom amenities were a good quality also. Good phone charging facilities provided.

The hotel is situated in a very nice area of Tokio. It's very close to a train station of the Tokio circle line and provides a direct connection to the airport Narita. Nearby across the street there are several small restaurants and a convenience store. The hotel has a certain charm of old grandeur. The staff was very friendly and professional, the lobby is impressively big. Among the amenities in the room there was the highlight of real filter coffee, portioned for one cup - that was much better than the instant coffee you usually have in comparable hotels.

We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo as the Narita airport Skyliner goes direct from Nippori station, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. Our triple room was bigger than expected and perfect for repacking suitcases. Nippori station has great souvenir shops and a food market, and this area has plenty of restaurants. Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff was great at communicating and very helpful when I sent my luggage to the hotel by takkyubin.

The room is spacious for family of 4, bed and pillows are comfortable. The hotel location is convenient near JR station and Skyliner to Narita Airport

room are good have big room and brakfast is nice, location is very close to Nippori station by walk 2 mins. room are tidy and clean also with free coffee to make , and near hotel has shopping area Familymart drugstore resturant.The best is staff at front who always welcome and helpful all the time

The room was spacious and the in-room facilities such as the cable for charging are well thought of. The air purifier in the room is a bonus.

Location is good. Close to station. 4 or 5 mins walking if you know where you are going. Breakfast is very good with a lot of selections. Since that is my last stop in Japan, I ask if there is scale, we can use to weigh our luggage. There is one in lobby we can use to weigh our luggage.

Really close to the station - one of the best hotel we had during our stay in Japan… AND the cheapest !! Closest location in Tokyo is you flight from Narita The staff at the reception are amazing, they help us for hours to find our lost luggages, and came with the solution in time (just before our flight)
